Meet The Team

Meet John, the owner. He established the company in 2006 and remains actively involved in its daily operations and decision-making processes. John’s continuous hard work and dedication have been instrumental in growing and strengthening the business into what it is today.

Conner is the second generation involved since the company’s founding, his understanding and skills have been shaped through direct, hands-on experience across various aspects of the business.

Tina has been part of the Door Way Canada estimating team since 2021. She loves to engage with our customers to ensure their questions are answered and needs are fully understood.

In 2023, we welcomed Sara to our estimating team. She has proven to be a ​valuable addition, particularly known for her ability to work effectively under pressure and her enjoyment of working on blueprints.

Since 2017, Mary has been a great asset to the team. Her attention to detail and accuracy is integral to her role.

The wisdom and knowledge that Jake incorporates into his position is a long standing testament to his dedication with the company since 2008.
