Submitting a Service Request

When you send an email with a service request please include the following information to ensure we have all the information we need to open a service as quickly and efficiently as possible:

  • the original order number, quote number, or PO
  • photos/videos of the issue

This makes sure we have are able to find all the available information for your order. We can then make more educated decisions when it comes to repairing your door.

This gives us an idea of what we’re going into and can help us prepare in advance so that we can get your service done in as few trips as possible, keeping you from stressing about what will be done when.
